Beverly is the Institute’s Financial Administrator responsible for the smooth operation of the Institute, communications, and financial management. She has a divergent professional background, which includes extensive nursing experience, and she is also the proud mother of two sons. Currently, Bev volunteers her time as a Big Brothers & Big Sisters Queer Mentor, YUY facilitator, Camp fYrefly fundraising committee, and has been an integral member of the Camp fYrefly team even as she takes advantage of being on campus by taking classes in English and Women’s Studies.  With these unique professional and dynamic life experiences, Bev brings passion and enthusiasm to her role in assisting the Institute in its teaching, research, and service work.
